15 Things To Cheer You Up

I had a rare and unwelcome bad day on Thursday and it took me a couple of hours to get out of my rut, utilizing quite a few of the things listed to put me into a slightly more chipper mood. After feeling sour for a majority of the evening, I scoured my brain for activities and things that I thought could cheer me up.

Having a rare bad day (or even having regular bad days, really) is completely normal. It just depends on you handle it! These are some of the ways I choose to handle rotten days!
