I have a penchant for mixing prints, colors, and fabrics that probably shouldn't go together. Hell, even just yesterday I wore a gingham shirt with a striped vest! There's something about pushing boundaries and bending fashion "rules" (spoiler alert: there are no rules to fashion) that makes putting outfits together that much more exciting.
It's all about playing around with what you have in your closet and wardrobe and mixing and matching. Try things out, see if they work for you. The odd pairings that work for me might not for you, and vice versa.
