NYFW, Day Two

Another day, another slew of gorgeous collections. There seemed to be another mix between neutral and earthy tones with the occasional pops of colors or bold patterns. Given that it is fall fashion and all, the jackets are out in full force and each is as delectable and chic as the next (can we talk about the pink thick shearling coat from Ulla Johnson?). There seemed to be a lot of 70's inspired silhouettes and prints (last fall was 60s mod!) on the runways as well. And, alas, there are still turtleneck sightings which is the most important trend to keep alive.

Here are some of my favorite looks from day two!

Looks 8, 19, and 30 from Rebecca Minkoff

Looks 9, 18, and 22 from Jason Wu
Looks 16, 21, and 24 from Rachel Antonoff
Look 2 from Ulla Johnson
Look 8 from Joie
Look 6 from Cynthia Rowley
Top row: Looks 2, 5, and 15 from Kate Spade New York
Bottom row: Looks 26, 27, and 30 from Kate Spade New York
Out of everything that happened  on day two of NYFW, I was most excited to see Kate Spade's show. It definitely didn't disappoint. I love the navy and oatmeal color combo, the navy and red checkered pattern, and words cannot even describe the bold pink for fall. You best bet that I'll be trying my hand at rocking a color so bold in the fall months!
