Demi Lovato Suggests A Swear Jar For Your Insecurities Say what you will about Demi Lovato, but her openness about her ongoing recovery is incredibly inspiring and is not doubt helping the other young girls (and boys!) who might be going through what she did a few years ago. This is a great idea for anybody.
