Broadcast the Boom Boom Boom | A June Playlist

BROADCAST THE BOOM BOOM BOOM AND MAKE 'EM ALL DANCE TO IT. Honestly, the fact that my June playlist isn't just "The Louvre" by Lorde on repeat for 24 hours straight is a shock to me. Really, if this playlist was the most accurate, the entirety of Lorde's Melodrama would be on the playlist. I've refrained today because shockingly, there are days where I don't want to do The Most.

What have I been listening to this month? Honest to blog, I don't even know. I still have Harry Styles' album on heavy rotation, if I'm being completely honest. I don't care. It's a damn good album, regardless of the fact that Harry Styles is my forever #mcm. Oddly enough, I've been weirdly obsessed with "Boys Don't Cry" by The Cure??? I really like 80's new-wave...like a lot, a lot. Like, if my life had to have a soundtrack, it would be all 80's new wave and then "You Make My Dreams" by Hall & Oates for my dream dance sequence. I'm all about that coming of age sh!t.

Also, like, Dua Lipa's new album has been a forever jam of mine. Like, have you heard "New Rules?" If you haven't, scroll to the bottom of this playlist and PREPARE TO BE AMAZED. Also, in the midst of all of the semi-upbeat songs, I finally became obsessed with "Jealous" by Labrinth this month, so yeah, I've been crying a lot. IT IS SO EMOTIONAL, I CANNOT HANDLE IT.

Before I ramble on and on about every single song of the playlist, I should just leave y'all with the playlist to love and enjoy!

What have you been listening to in June?

  1. This post was written in exactly the same way as one of my best friend's (who's obsessed with music) talks. I loved it! I'm always looking for new music. I've been listening to old school Taylor Swift all June since she's back on Spotify... don't ask XD

    1. OMG, totally no judgement. I just listened to Red on repeat the other week because I lost the actual CD and I don't have it on iTunes on my new laptop yet so I've been without "All Too Well" for WAY TOO LONG. Love me some old school T-Swift, so you're deff not the only one lol
