Freedom

THE SEMESTER IS OVER! SPRING SEMESTER IS OVER. WE DID IT, WE DID IT! FREEDOM TASTES SO SWEET AND SUSPICIOUSLY LIKE CADBURY CHOCOLATE BARS.

You heard it here, folks. The Spring 2016 semester is finally over. After five grueling months of what has felt like the worst semester ever, I am free. We are free. I feel like Jean Valjean at the beginning of Les Mis when he stares Russel Crowe in the eye and marches away. I didn't steal a loaf of bread, but it feels like I've served my time. I could just burst out into song, but I won't. I haven't had nearly enough coffee for that. I give myself an hour until I'm in the car. My life is just one big episode of Carpool Karaoke.

I finished my last exam at approximate 6:43 yesterday and honestly, I don't know how it went. I am, and always have been, the type of person who takes an exam and immediately forgets everything that happened on that exam. I don't remember questions, I don't remember my answers. I essentially blackout while I'm taking the test and just accept whatever has happened to me.

What am I supposed to do with my free time? I mean, I'm going to work but like...what else? What am I supposed to do when I'm done with work? What do I work on? What do I stress about? WHAT IS FREE TIME?!

I'm going to hate myself for this when next semester (my last semester) comes around and I'm like "why did I not want free time?" But for now, I have a feeling I'm going to be a bit lost. Granted, I have books and magazines and TV shows to fill me time. I could start exploring downtown again. I could do a lot of things. The question is...will I?

Well, I sure hope so!
