It's become glaringly obvious that I am head over heels in love with my Birks. I have not worn a shoe other than them in weeks and I think I tweet about them more often than Harry Styles now. They're a life-changing pair of shoes and I highly recommend picking up a pair as soon as you can. Regular Birkenstocks can be pretty pricey (and a bit ugly) so I've put together a couple of alternative pairs from different sellers in lower price points! Also, if you're not a fan of the two traps, check out the 'Madrid' style.
