Stress Relievers

If you would have asked me if I was stressed before yesterday, I would've told you no. But some weird last minute switch flicked in my brain yesterday evening where I just had a massive freakout in which I realized that don't have as much time as I thought I had. Finals week stress hit me like a freight train last night and now I'm trying my hardest to keep it at bay, but we all know that it's easier said than done.

Making lists is one thing that destresses me (BONUS), so I made a list of then things that help me calm down and alleviate some of the stress I'm feeling. These obviously don't make the stress go away entirely, but I find that they at least help somewhat.

1. Pugs
2. The Mindy Project (full episodes or even just gifs)
3. Baths
4. Running/walking
5. Bon Iver
7. Yoga
8. Painting my nails
9. Doing a face mask
10. Pinterest

Obviously, these things are going to take time away from studying/work/packing/all of your life's troubles, but you just need to do these activities in moderation. Don't spend 3 hours on Pinterest because then that'll just stress you out more in the long run, but there's nothing wrong with a 15 minute Pinterest break when you're feeling overwhelmed by your work.
