Brooklyn, Brunch & Grocery Runs

Sundays are possibly the greatest days to relax and detox.

Yesterday we went to brunch in Brooklyn at Santos Annes on Union Street.

Yesterday was my first time in Brooklyn and people seriously aren't kidding when they talk about the amount of hipsters that roam and aggregate. I saw more beanies in one three hour window than I think I have in my entire life.

As for brunch, I had some coffee brought to the table in a French press (SO GOOD) and an order of French toast with strawberries, bananas, and maple syrup (again, SO GOOD).

It took me forever to finish my food, then I had my tarot cards read because, well why not? When in Brooklyn, right...?
It was scary accurate!!

I'd be lying if I didn't say the rest of the day was relatively chill, which is exactly how a Sunday should be. My cousin took a power nap, I caught up on some writing, and then we hit up Trader Joe's around 8 to get some food for dinner that night!

Add in a few episodes of television shows and some cuddles with Marlo (her dog) and you've pretty much got my relaxing and enjoyable Sunday!

What's your favorite thing to do on Sunday? I could get used to brunch...
