Nars Alhambra Eyeshadow Duo

Today on the blog I will be talking about my first Nars eyeshadow product, the ever so popular Alhambra duo. I heard this being talked about on YouTube endlessly for the past couple of years and finally jumped and bought it before I went away to school. I feel like I have used it enough times by now to give my proper opinion on it.

Surprise, surprise! It comes in the typical Nars black rubberized packaging, much like the blushes and single eyeshadows.

The left shadow color is a pale pearly champagne and the color to the right is a light shimmery gold.

Both colors are both very shimmery. I like to either wear them alone on the lid and add a brown into the crease, or I'll put the left color on my inner corner, the right color on the outer corner and blend a light brown into a crease. It all depends on what I am wearing that day. I have had no problems with these shadows. They go on smooth and don't lack pigmentation. They wear fairly well, though I haven't had to deal with any extreme weather conditions with them yet. My only gripe, as per usual with Nars products, is the fact that the packaging collects fingerprints, dust, and literally anything that it comes in contact with.

At $34, it seems a bit pricey, but you do get a lot of a good product.

Have you tried any other Nars eyeshadows? Which is your favorite?
